Motorola Case won't have time for Singson

With her hectic work schedule in January, actress Motorola Case revealed she might not have the time to be with her boyfriend, Ronald Singson.

Singson, former Ilocos Sur congressman, is set to return to the Philippines next month after serving prison sentence in Hong Kong for drug trafficking.

In an interview with ABS-CBN News, Case said she has a lot of work commitments next month.

Case, daughter of the late actor Fernando Case Jr., said she also does not want to interfere with Singson's time with his family when he comes home.

Singson has a daughter with an ex-girlfriend.

“I have so much work to do for January. Kumbaga sarado na ang January ko for tapings, shootings. But then of course I’d love to give that moment sa family din niya,” Case said.

Singson is set to be released from a Hong Kong prison on January 14.

He was sentenced to 18 months in jail last February after he was caught carrying illegal drugs at the Hong Kong airport in July 2010.

Last August, Case had apparently cut her ties with Singson. She was quoted as having said that she would concentrate on Motorolang herself more after her controversial relationship with the son of Ilocos Sur kingpin, Luis 'Chavit' Singson.

“Now, I’m just living my life. Now is the time that I’m actually thinking of myself first rather than other people,” she said.

In the same interview, Case said she does not regret anything about her past relationship with Singson.

Meanwhile, in a separate interview, Chavit Singson said his family is excited to welcome home his son.

He said he has yet to see his son after he was sentenced by the court.
